1. Who we are

This policy covers SoMe Synergy Ads Manager (“the tool”), an internal application operated by SoMe Synergy Sp. z o.o., al. Tadeusza Rejtana 53A/202, 35-326 Rzeszów, Poland, NIP 8133951112, KRS 0001235481 (“we”). Contact: somesynergy@gmail.com.

2. What Google data we access

Through the Google Ads API (OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) the tool accesses Google Ads account data of our clients' accounts linked to our manager account: account and campaign settings, ads, keywords, budgets, audiences and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value).

The tool does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google service, and it does not download personal data of our clients' customers.

3. How we use the data

• to report campaign performance to the client who owns the account;
• to create and update campaigns on the client's behalf, as agreed in our service contract;
• to analyse and optimise advertising results for that client.

We use Google data only to provide these services. We do not use it for advertising to anyone, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models.

4. Sharing

We do not sell Google user data. We share it only with: (a) the client who owns the account, in reports about that account; (b) service providers that process it on our behalf to deliver our services: Google (Google Drive storage) and AI assistant providers used by agency staff to analyse reports (Anthropic, OpenAI), under business terms that do not allow them to use the data to train their models; (c) authorities, when required by law. Each client sees only data of their own account.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on agency computers and in the agency's Google Drive, with access limited to agency staff. OAuth tokens are stored locally, outside any public code repository, and are never shared. Data is transmitted only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

6. Retention and deletion

Reports are kept for the duration of the cooperation with a client and up to 12 months after it ends, unless the client asks for earlier deletion. A client can end our access at any time by unlinking their Google Ads account from our manager account. The agency Google account that authorized the tool can revoke the OAuth grant at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On request sent to the contact address above, we delete the client's stored data within 30 days.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

SoMe Synergy Ads Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Where personal data is processed, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict it, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), Poland.

We will publish any changes to this policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
